At Amaura, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, our Refund Policy provides guidelines on how to request a return or refund.

Amaura (“we”, “us”) does not offer refunds on bespoke and made-to-order garments. Each piece is crafted to your measurements and preferences after consultation and trial.

How we ensure your satisfaction

We conduct a trial round before final handover. Any alterations required are carried out by us so that the garment meets your expectations. We encourage you to raise any concerns during the trial so that we may address them before delivery.

No refunds

Once the garment has been collected or delivered after the trial and any agreed alterations, we do not provide refunds. This policy applies to all orders, including sherwanis, bandhgala jodhpuris, Indo-Western wear, and suits.
